METHOD – TIME – DELIVERY COST
The products are delivered to the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece via Courier within 2-3 business days. Shipping orders abroad are shipped by registered parcel and shipping costs incurred. In case of return the cost is solely borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake by our company. In this case the cost of return will be covered by our company. If due to force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) we cannot deliver the products within the prescribed time we will notify you by e-mail to let us know if you wish, under these conditions, completing your order. The company bears no responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own responsibility and will do everything humanly possible for your better service. In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that one or more products are missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the details required and to dispatch the products you did not receive at no extra cost.
